Ingredients
  • 500 gram Beetroot
  • 300 gram Potatoes
  • 200 gram Carrots
  • 150 gram Onion
  • 200 gram Cabbage
  • 2 teaspoon Tomato Paste
  • 4 cup Vegetable Stock
  • 2 piece Bay Leaves
  • 2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 6 tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Dill
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the beetroot, potatoes, carrots, onion, and cabbage.
  2. In a slow cooker, combine the chopped vegetables, tomato paste, vegetable stock, bay leaves, sugar, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook on low heat for 6 hours or on high heat for 4 hours.
  4. Remove the bay leaves and adjust the seasoning if needed.
  5. Serve hot with a dollop of sour cream and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
