Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Tofu
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 piece Hamburger buns
Instructions
  1. Press tofu to remove excess water. In a pan, sauté onion and garlic until translucent. Add tofu and cook until lightly browned. Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes. Toast hamburger buns. Spoon the tofu mixture onto the buns. Serve and enjoy!
