  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add sliced summer squash to the skillet and season with salt and black pepper.
