  • 300 gram Zucchini
  • 200 gram Bell peppers
  • 150 gram Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 400 gram Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 10 gram Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the eggplant, zucchini, and bell peppers. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
