Ingredients
  • 200 gram Paneer
  • 150 gram Bell peppers
  • 100 gram Onion
  • 100 gram Carrot
  • 100 gram Green beans
  • 100 gram Cauliflower florets
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger-garlic paste
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Chili sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger-garlic paste.
  2. Add onions and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add carrots, green beans, and cauliflower florets. Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add bell peppers and paneer. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, and black pepper powder.
  6. Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and paneer. Stir well.
  7. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
