  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
  2. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the torn lettuce leaves to the skillet and toss for 2 minutes, until slightly wilted.
