Ingredients
  • 300 gram Tempeh
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoon Honey
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 stalk Green onions
  • 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Instructions
  1. Cut the tempeh into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the tempeh cubes and cook until golden brown.
  5. Pour the sauce mixture over the tempeh and stir well.
  6. Add water and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and red chili flakes.
  8. Serve hot with steamed rice.
