Ingredients
  • 2 piece Bread slices
  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 0.5 piece Cucumber
  • 3 piece Lettuce leaves
  • 3 slice Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Toast the bread slices if desired.
  2. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each bread slice.
  4. Layer the avocado mixture, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, cucumber slices, and red onion slices on one bread slice.
  5. Place the other bread slice on top to form a sandwich.
  6. Slice the sandwich in half and serve.
