  • 4 cup Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup Red onion
  • 1 clove Garlic clove
  • 1/2 pepper Jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon White wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1/2 cup Avocado
Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine tomatoes, cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, garlic clove, jalapeno pepper, lime juice, olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
  4. Serve chilled, garnished with cilantro and diced avocado.
