  • 40 gram Fresh sage leaves
  • 20 gram Fresh basil leaves
  • 30 gram Pine nuts
  • 2 piece Garlic cloves
  • 4 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 30 gram Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
  1. In a blender or food processor, combine the sage leaves, basil leaves, pine nuts, garlic cloves, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  3. If desired, stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
