  • 8 ounce Spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 4 fillet Anchovy fillets
  • 14 ounce Canned diced tomatoes
  • 4 ounce Kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoon Capers
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup Fresh basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and anchovy fillets, cook until fragrant and anchovies dissolve.
  4. Stir in diced tomatoes, olives, capers, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet and toss to coat.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Serve topped with fresh basil leaves.
