Ingredients
  • 4 cup Cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 cup Carrots
  • 1 cup Frozen peas
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 stalk Green onions
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add diced carrots and frozen peas, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  4. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack in the eggs. Scramble the eggs until cooked through.
  5. Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables and eggs.
  6. Drizzle soy sauce over the rice and season with salt. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  7. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
  8. Let the fried rice rest for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
