Ingredients
  • 400 gram Leeks
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. Wash and slice the leeks.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  4. Add leeks and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and sugar.
  6. Pour the sauce over the leeks and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  7. Serve hot.
