Ingredients
  • 500 gram Broccoli
  • 4 clove Garlic
  • 2 ounce Hazelnuts
  • 1 unit Lemon
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the broccoli into florets and place them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  4. Toss to coat evenly and spread the broccoli in a single layer.
  5. Cut the top off the garlic bulb to expose the cloves.
  6. Place the garlic bulb on the baking sheet with the broccoli.
  7. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and slightly charred.
  8. While the broccoli is roasting, toast the hazelnuts in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden brown.
  9. Remove the hazelnuts from the skillet and let them cool.
  10. Once the broccoli is done, remove it from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  11. Squeeze the juice of the lemon over the roasted broccoli.
  12. Sprinkle the toasted hazelnuts over the top.
  13. Serve hot and enjoy!
