Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Spinach
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the potatoes into small cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Add fried potatoes and water. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve hot with rice or bread.
