  • 500 gram Brussels sprouts
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the Brussels sprouts using a sharp knife or a food processor.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the shredded Brussels sprouts to the skillet and sauté for 5-7 minutes, until they are tender and slightly browned.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and drizzle lime juice over the shredded Brussels sprouts.
