Ingredients
  • 2 cup Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 1 cup Avocado
  • 2 tablespoon Red onion
  • 2 tablespoon Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Toasted almonds
  • 4 tablespoon Balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
  1. Wash and chop the mixed greens.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Peel and dice the cucumber.
  4. Cut the avocado into small cubes.
  5. Finely chop the red onion.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, red onion, feta cheese, and toasted almonds.
  7. Drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette over the salad.
  8. Toss everything together until well coated.
  9. Serve chilled and enjoy!
