Ingredients
  • 2 cup Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cup Cucumber
  • 0.5 cup Red onion
  • 2 ounce Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Kalamata olives
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese, and Kalamata olives.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss well to combine.
