Ingredients
  • 14 ounce Tofu
  • 2 cup Mixed greens
  • 1 medium Grapefruit
  • 1 medium Orange
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Instructions
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut it into cubes.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan and stir-fry the tofu until golden brown.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
  4. Peel and segment the grapefruit and orange.
  5. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, grapefruit segments, orange segments, and tofu.
  6. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
