  • 250 gram Spaghetti
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 medium Zucchini
  • 1 medium Eggplant
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 1 cup Basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add mushrooms, bell pepper, zucchini, and eggplant. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  4. Stir in spinach and basil leaves, cook until wilted.
