Ingredients
  • 2 cup Brown Rice
  • 4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 stalk Green Onions
Instructions
  1. Rinse the brown rice under cold water.
  2. In a pot, bring water to a boil and add salt.
  3. Add the rinsed brown rice to the boiling water and reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, heat olive oil and sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
  5. Add mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  6. Once the brown rice is cooked, fluff it with a fork and transfer it to the pan with the vegetables.
  7. Add soy sauce and sesame oil, and stir well to combine.
  8. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!
