Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Mushrooms
  • 4 piece Burger buns
  • 4 piece Lettuce leaves
  • 1 piece Tomato
  • 1 piece Red onion
  • 4 piece Pickles
  • 4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Ketchup
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
Instructions
  1. Clean and slice the mushrooms.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cumin.
  3. Add the sliced mushrooms to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Preheat a grill pan or grill over medium heat.
  5. Grease the pan or grill grates with olive oil.
  6. Place the mushrooms on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, until browned and tender.
  7. While the mushrooms are cooking, toast the burger buns.
  8. Assemble the burgers by spreading mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup on the bottom half of the bun.
  9. Top with lettuce, tomato slices, red onion rings, pickles, and the grilled mushrooms.
  10. Cover with the top half of the bun and serve.
