Ingredients
  • 2 cup Black beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 medium Bell peppers
  • 3 clove Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 cup Cooked rice
  • 1 sliced Avocado
  • 1 diced Tomato
  • for garnish Cilantro
  • for serving Lime wedges
Instructions
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion, bell peppers, and minced garlic. Sauté until softened.
  3. Add cumin powder, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  4. Add black beans and simmer for 15 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  6. Serve the seasoned black beans over cooked rice.
  7. Top with sliced avocado, diced tomatoes, and garnish with cilantro.
  8. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
