Ingredients
  • 500 gram Sweet Potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 0.5 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 0.5 cup Pecans
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes. Cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the maple syrup, cinnamon, nutmeg, and melted butter.
  4. Add the sweet potato cubes to the bowl and toss until they are well coated.
  5. Transfer the sweet potatoes to a baking dish and sprinkle with pecans and brown sugar.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and caramelized.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
