  • 500 gram Sweet potatoes
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the sweet potato cubes with olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper until well coated.
  4. Spread the sweet potato cubes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the sweet potatoes are tender and slightly caramelized.
  6. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  7. Sprinkle with additional sea salt if desired.
