Ingredients
  • 300 gram Tofu
  • 2 cup Basmati Rice
  • 1 cup Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Cook basmati rice according to package instructions. Set aside.
  2. Press tofu to remove excess water, then crumble it into small pieces.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add tofu, soy sauce, turmeric, cumin, salt, and black pepper to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes, until tofu is heated through and well-coated with spices.
  5. Add mixed vegetables to the skillet and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve the scrambled tofu with basmati rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
