Ingredients
  • 200 gram Tofu
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium-sized Onion
  • 1 medium-sized Bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add diced onion and bell pepper to the pan and sauté until softened.
  4. Crumble the drained tofu into the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper to the pan and mix well.
  6. Continue cooking for another 2-3 minutes until the tofu is heated through.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
