Ingredients
  • 8 ounce Tofu
  • 2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 0.5 cup Bell pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh cilantro
Instructions
  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chopped onion and bell pepper to the pan and sauté until softened.
  4. Crumble the tofu into the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, salt, black salt, and black pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  8. Serve hot.
