Ingredients
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 bunch Scallions
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour and water to make a smooth batter.
  2. Chop the scallions into small pieces and add them to the batter.
  3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, and salt to the batter and mix well.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  5. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly to form a pancake.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  8. Serve the scallion pancakes hot with soy sauce for dipping.
