Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chickpea flour
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 medium Green chili
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Water
  • 4 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  2. Add water gradually and mix well to form a smooth batter.
  3. Add chopped onion, tomato, green chili, and cilantro to the batter.
  4. Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
  5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin pancake.
  6. Cook on medium heat until the edges turn golden brown.
  7. Flip the pancake and cook the other side until golden brown.
  8. Repeat the process with the remaining batter.
  9. Serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
