Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Green Beans
  • 2 teaspoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the blanched green beans to the pan and season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until the green beans are tender.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
