Ingredients
  • 200 gram Broccoli Stems
  • 150 gram Carrots
  • 200 gram Cabbage
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the broccoli stems, carrots, and cabbage.
  2. Heat sesame oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the sliced vegetables and stir fry for 5-7 minutes until they are tender.
  5. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper, and stir fry for another minute.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
