Ingredients
  • 200 gram Mushrooms
  • 150 gram Kale
  • 200 gram Tofu
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and start to brown.
  4. Add kale and cook until wilted.
  5. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and add tofu cubes. Cook until heated through.
  6. Season with soy sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
