Ingredients
  • 4 cup Leafy greens
  • 1 medium Grapefruit
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the leafy greens.
  2. Peel and segment the grapefruit.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to make the vinaigrette.
