Ingredients
  • 2 cup Kale
  • 1 cup Oyster Mushrooms
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add oyster mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Add kale and sauté for another 4-5 minutes until wilted.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
