Ingredients
  • 16 ounce Green Beans
  • 1 medium Red Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the green beans and cut them in half.
  2. Slice the red onion.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add the red onion and garlic to the skillet and saute until softened.
  5. Add the green beans, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and saute for about 5-7 minutes, until the beans are tender-crisp.
