  • 6 ounce Garlic Scapes
  • 2 cup Green Beans
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Trim the ends of the garlic scapes and cut them into 2-inch pieces. Trim the ends of the green beans.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic scapes to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
  4. Add green beans to the skillet and sauté for another 4-5 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
  5. Season with salt and black pepper.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.
