Ingredients
  • 500 gram Carrots
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 2 teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 1/4 pinch Salt
  • 1/4 pinch Black Pepper
  • 1 stalk Green Onion
Instructions
  1. Peel and slice the carrots into thin strips.
  2. Heat some oil in a pan and add minced garlic. Stir-fry for a minute.
  3. Add the carrot strips and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  4. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, water, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the carrots and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions.
  7. Serve hot as a side dish.
