Ingredients
  • 500 gram Bell peppers
  • 200 gram Onion
  • 400 gram Tomatoes
  • 300 gram Eggplant
  • 300 gram Zucchini
  • 4 teaspoon Vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 20 gram Parsley
Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan.
  2. Add chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add sliced bell peppers, eggplant, and zucchini to the pan.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Add diced tomatoes, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Cover the pan and simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley.
  9. Serve hot.
