Ingredients
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 can Kidney beans
  • 1 can Garbanzo beans
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 medium Jalapeno pepper
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 medium Tomato
  • 1 bunch Cilantro
  • 1 juice of Lime
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 bag Tortilla chips
Instructions
  1. Rinse and drain the black beans, kidney beans, and garbanzo beans.
  2. Finely chop the red onion, jalapeno pepper, bell pepper, tomato, and cilantro.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the beans, chopped vegetables, lime juice, cumin powder, chili powder, and salt.
  4. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.
  5. Cover the bowl and let the dip rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Serve the Sassy & Spicy Three Bean Dip with tortilla chips.
