Ingredients
  • 1 head Green cabbage
  • 2 large Carrots
  • 1 small Red onion
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Celery seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Shred the cabbage, carrots, and red onion.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded vegetables.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, sugar, celery seeds, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the shredded vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. After the rest time, give the slaw a final toss and serve chilled.
