Ingredients
  • 1 cup Rice
  • 1 can Black beans
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 medium Bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoon Cilantro
  • 2 tablespoon Lime juice
Instructions
  1. Cook rice according to package instructions.
  2. In a large pan, sauté onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
  3. Add cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to the pan and stir for a minute.
  4. Add black beans (drained and rinsed) to the pan and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked rice to the pan and mix well.
  6. Stir in cilantro and lime juice.
  7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
