Ingredients
  • 200 gram Tofu
  • 200 gram Noodles
  • 4 cup Vegetable Broth
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 100 gram Mushrooms
  • 4 piece Green Onions
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • 1 piece Lime
  • 20 gram Cilantro
Instructions
  1. Press tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  3. In a pot, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
  4. Add carrots and mushrooms, cook until slightly tender.
  5. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.
  6. Add tofu and simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in soy sauce and chili flakes.
  8. Divide cooked noodles into serving bowls and pour the soup over.
  9. Garnish with green onions, lime juice, and cilantro.
  10. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
