  2. Drain the water and grind the rice with coconut.
  3. Dissolve yeast in warm water and add it to the rice mixture.
  4. Add sugar and salt to the mixture and mix well.
  5. Allow the batter to ferment for 6-8 hours.
  6. Grease the idli molds with oil and pour the batter into each mold.
  7. Steam the molds for 15-20 minutes.
  8. Remove the sanna from the molds and serve hot.
