Ingredients
  • 1 head Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 1 small Red Onion
  • 2 ounce Feta Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
Instructions
  1. Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Tear them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Slice the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Peel and slice the cucumber.
  4. Thinly slice the red onion.
  5. Crumble the feta cheese.
  6. In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  7. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  8. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
