Ingredients
  • 4 medium-sized Potatoes
  • 2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon White vinegar
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into thin strips to resemble French fries.
  3. Rinse the cut potatoes with cold water to remove excess starch.
  4. Pat dry the potatoes using a clean kitchen towel.
  5. In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with vegetable oil until well coated.
  6. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until the fries are golden brown and crispy.
  8. While the fries are baking, mix salt and white vinegar in a small bowl.
  9. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and immediately drizzle the vinegar mixture over them.
