Ingredients
  • 2 cup Tomatoes
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 small Onion
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
Instructions
  1. Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and sugar.
  4. Simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool.
  6. Blend until smooth using a blender or immersion blender.
  7. Serve as a dip or sauce with your favorite dishes.
