Ingredients
  • 1 cup Sago
  • 2 cup Coconut Milk
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 ripe Mango
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut Flakes
  • few for garnish Mint Leaves
Instructions
  1. Soak the sago in water for 30 minutes.
  2. Drain the water and boil the sago in a pot of water until transparent.
  3. In a separate pot, heat the coconut milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add the cooked sago to the coconut milk mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool for 30 minutes.
  6. Peel and dice the mangoes.
  7. In serving bowls, layer the sago mixture and diced mangoes.
  8. Sprinkle coconut flakes on top.
  9. Garnish with mint leaves.
  10. Serve chilled.
