Ingredients
  • 500 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Spinach
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 2 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 cup Water
Instructions
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
  3. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Saute until golden brown.
  4. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  5. Add the potatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add spinach and water. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove the lid and cook for another 5 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  8. Serve hot with rice or bread.
