Ingredients
  • 400 gram Potatoes
  • 300 gram Spinach
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 piece Green chili
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Oil
Instructions
  1. Boil the potatoes until they are tender. Peel and cut them into cubes.
  2. Blanch the spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain and chop it.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
  4. Add chopped onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili. Sauté until the onion turns translucent.
  5. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well.
  6. Add the boiled potatoes and chopped spinach. Cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with rice or naan bread.
